Fine dining is a specialty of Peppers on the Point. Each wedding day is unique and features fabulous New Zealand cuisine accompanied by the finest internationally acclaimed New Zealand wines.
You can choose to be treated to four courses of gourmet creations starting with a soup such as crème of roasted garlic and cauliflower soup followed by an entree of baby spinach and seasoned tomatoes layered with teared mozzarella and poached pasta shoots with a balsamic reduction.
For main course you could choose between sensational dill scented salmon fillet on a mussel and courgette hash with a wasabi mayonnaise drizzle and pickled lemon zest and tender beef eye fillet oven roasted and rolled with nori resting on smoked bacon whipped potatoes with an exotic mushroom medley jus. Completing the dining experience a tangy lemon tart with maple mascarpone can be served for dessert.
