Martinborough is known internationally for its outstanding wines - most of which are grown and made within walking distance of Peppers Martinborough Hotel. Our wine list includes a comprehensive selection of varietals and vintages from these great vineyards.

Less well known is the wonderful local produce, which features in our Martinborough Restaurant & Bar menu. Local olive oil is a particular favourite as is the Wairarapa lamb which is farmed nearby.

Red Room

This elegant room is located downstairs off the lobby and is ideal for pre dinner cocktails by the fire,  enjoying port and coffee after your meal or simply relaxing with one of the many books and magazines available from the hotel library.

Petanque

There is a Petanque pitch in the hotel garden. You are welcome to use it any time. Boules are available from reception.
