Peppers Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions
The gift voucher is partially redeemable. Within the validity period it can be used to make any number of separate bookings up to the value of the voucher, or above the value - in which case the recipient needs to make up the difference.
Additional values cannot be added to an existing card; however, additional cards can be purchased.
Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. Vouchers must be redeemed in full within the validity period; any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.
Vouchers are to be treated like cash; defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
Choose between Australian or New Zealand vouchers. All vouchers are valid for 12 months. Vouchers may be purchased for any amount over $50. Australian vouchers are redeemable for bookings at participating Peppers Retreats and Resorts in NSW, QLD, VIC, NT or TAS only. New Zealand Vouchers are redeemable for bookings at participating Peppers Retreats and Resorts in Christchurch, Lake Rotorua, Martinborough, Lake Tekapo and Queenstown.
Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts. Must be redeemed before expiry date shown on voucher. Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date; cannot be reloaded, is partially redeemable. Not redeemable for a purchase of under $20.
The voucher expires 12 months from the date of issue and it is up to you to use the full value before expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of the voucher will not be refunded or credited. If purchase exceeds available voucher balance, you must make up difference with another payment method. You are liable for all transactions on your voucher except to extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.
Check available voucher balance by calling 1300 55 33 80. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in the Terms of Use at any time. Changes to Terms of Use will be available on the website or at call the customer service desk. Visit the customer service desk if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to your voucher. Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
The voucher number must be mentioned while making a booking. Bookings must be made directly through Peppers Central Reservations.
Minimum stays apply at certain times. For the voucher to be valid it must be presented upon check in with the Voucher Wallet and the Voucher card.
All deliveries are subject to approval of online payment. Orders for gift vouchers placed on business days between the hours of 9am - 5pm (Australian EST) are generally processed immediately. Purchases made outside these hours, on weekends or public holidays (except Christmas Day) may take up to 12 hours to process. giftvouchers.com will not be responsible for late delivery due to postal delays or incorrect delivery or payment information submitted by the purchaser.
Peppers does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.
Online voucher purchases for amounts of $1000 or greater are subject to identity checking. You may be required to provide relevant identification before orders can be processed.
